Who we are
Grand Line Ledger (“we”, “us”) operates grandlineledger.com, a market-data and analytics service for the One Piece trading card game. We are based in Australia. For anything in this policy, contact us at noreply@grandlineledger.com.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares (name, email, avatar). If you use the site's features we also store what you choose to put in them: your watchlist, your collection entries (cards, quantities, and cost basis you enter), and your investor-profile answers. We never see or store payment card numbers; if paid plans are active, payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
How we use your information
To run the service: signing you in, remembering your watchlist and collection, personalising signals to your investor profile, and sending the emails you request (such as magic sign-in links). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host the product (database and authentication hosting, email delivery, and web hosting), each bound by their own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use cookies for one purpose: keeping you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links to marketplaces (such as eBay) are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The link itself carries no personal information about you from us.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account data while your account exists. Email us to delete your account and everything attached to it; we will action it promptly. Market data (card prices, populations, signals) is not personal data and is retained indefinitely.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will help.
