Marshall.D.Teach's ACCUMULATE Call Is Already Up 27%, and the Board Got More Decisive Today
A flagged conviction pick is cashing in early while Mr. 1's alt art quietly quadruples, and the board's overall stamp mix just shifted harder toward extremes.
Most days we're writing about a card that ripped hard and still can't earn the board's trust. Today the more interesting story is the opposite: a card the board already flagged is proving the call right in real time.
Marshall.D.Teach's Online Regional 2023 Finalist print carries an ACCUMULATE stamp, and it's up 27.6% this week to A$193.42, on top of a 37.3% move over the past month. In its price band ($50-200), ACCUMULATE calls have historically traded higher four weeks later about four times in five (80.3% win rate), averaging a 19.8% gain over that stretch and a 31.9% average gain over eight weeks. This one's already running well ahead of that pace.
Meanwhile the board's overall mix shifted noticeably harder toward the extremes today. HOLD count dropped from 6,022 to 5,952, while ACCUMULATE climbed from 372 to 410 and SELL WATCH grew from 857 to 899. Fewer cards sitting in no-man's-land, more getting a real opinion attached. That kind of shift usually means the underlying price action got more decisive across the board, not just on the handful of cards below.
Today's top moves
Mr. 1 (Daz.Bonez)'s alt art is the number of the day, up 461.5% this week and 443.3% over the month to A$18.87, but it's still parked on HOLD because our system's overheating check won't chase a near-vertical spike, no matter how loud the print. That's the stamp logic working as designed: a huge move on its own isn't a signal, it's a flag to wait for confirmation.
Mr.3 (Galdino)'s OP09-056 alt art isn't far behind, up 296.2% weekly and 219.4% monthly to A$23.40, part of the same Baroque Works wave lifting Mr. 1 and Crocodile above.
Rob Lucci's alt art climbed 222.8% this week to A$30.32, now sitting 239% higher than a month ago, a separate CP9-linked print catching a similar bid.
Crocodile's OP09 alt art added 185.4% weekly to reach A$19.27, tracking not far off its 166% 30-day gain, a rare case where the weekly and monthly numbers are telling a similar story instead of one dwarfing the other.
Nefeltari Vivi flipped from HOLD to ACCUMULATE today after a 24.3% weekly pop to A$38.18, one of the fresher conviction calls worth watching alongside Teach's. Unlike the Baroque Works cluster above, this one just crossed the line rather than blowing past it, which is exactly the kind of entry our stamp system is built to catch early.
What we're watching
Teach's print is the one to track first: an ACCUMULATE call already running hotter than its historical pace either keeps compounding or cools off toward the band average, and either outcome tells us something about how much room is left. We're also keeping an eye on whether the Baroque Works alt art run (Mr. 1, Mr. 3, Crocodile) holds together as a group or starts splitting apart as the overheating checks catch up with individual prints. And with Nefeltari Vivi now flagged, we'll be watching whether it behaves like a typical fresh ACCUMULATE call or gets caught in the same spike-and-cool pattern as its faster-moving neighbors.
