TCGplayer's Backend Just Named Five OP-18 Leaders, Two Months Early
On Sept 21, TCGplayer's product feed quietly added five new OP-18 Leader singles, sixty days before the Nov 20 street date. Here is what we can and cannot say about them.
We have written before about the seven day rule, the quiet pattern where TCGplayer creates a set''s Release Event group exactly a week before street date, months ahead of any official Bandai announcement. On Sept 21 the same backend did something a little different: it added five brand new Leader slot singles under the OP-18 group (24833) that were not on the site the day before.
The five: Ms. All Sunday (OP18-041, Blue/Baroque Works), Saint Gunko (OP18-060, Purple/Black), a second Monkey D. Luffy print (OP18-022, Green), Karoo (OP18-001, Blue/Red/Animal-Alabasta) and Spandam (OP18-079, Black/Yellow/CP9). All five carry a modifiedOn timestamp of 2026-09-21. OP-18, The Dominance of God, has a pre-release week pinned to Nov 13 and a street date of Nov 20, so this wave landed roughly sixty days ahead of release, well before Bandai''s own spoiler season typically starts.
It is worth being plain about what this is and is not. It is a product database update, not a card reveal with art or text. We cannot verify ability text, cost, or power from a SKU appearing in a feed. What we can do is note who the five characters are and look at what their existing prints are doing in our own book, because that is where speculative money tends to show up first.
Karoo is the more interesting name of the five. He has never had a moment like this before, four commons scattered across OP04, EB02, ST01 and a special parallel, all bulk tier. The plain OP04-004 print sits at [[card:7b6a4aa4-b88e-42a9-b028-d7fac5b19bf3]], $0.14, up 11.1% on the week and 42.9% over 30 days. Read that percentage carefully. A common moving from a few cents to a few more cents is not a market call, it is a handful of buyers on a thin order book. The ST01-003 print is actually down 7.1% over the same 30 days, so the four Karoo prints are not moving together, which argues against a coordinated run and for scattered curiosity buying.
Ms. All Sunday is the more established mover. Her OP14-084 alt art, [[card:0961c51d-563f-48d0-98b3-cc40684ea810]], sits at $81.57 and has been roughly flat over 7 and 30 days. The base SR printing of the same card number is the one that actually jumped, up 30.3% on the week and 57.5% over 30 days to $2.96. That is still a two dollar card, so the percentage move is real but the dollar amount it represents is small.
This is also not the first OP-18 name to leak this way. Our own board already carries Loki OP17-119 at $71.52, down 71.6% over 30 days and stamped SELL_WATCH, on the strength of the earlier report that Loki returns as OP-18''s Secret Rare alongside Saint Shamrock. A second appearance for a character within one set cycle has historically thinned out the scarcity premium on the earlier print rather than lifting it, and Loki''s own chart is the live version of that argument playing out.
None of this is a signal to chase. A SKU in a database is a fact about Bandai''s supply chain, not a fact about card power or play rate, and the dollar moves on Karoo and Ms. All Sunday''s base print are still happening in a market with very few actual sales behind them.
What we''re watching: whether TCGplayer''s feed adds more OP-18 names before Bandai''s own spoiler season opens, whether Ms. All Sunday''s alt art starts to track the base print''s move once art actually leaks, and how Loki OP17-119 trades into the Nov 13 pre-release window now that we know it shares a set with a second high-profile version of the same character.
