SD01's Full Card List Just Leaked a Week Early, Confirming Five Cheap Reprints
TCGplayer quietly listed all 25 SD01 singles a week before street date, and the checklist shows exactly which current staples are about to get cheaper to find.
TCGplayer quietly went live with every single-card listing for the two new SD01 starter decks a full week before the September 18 street date, and the checklist answers a question collectors have been asking since the decks were announced: which current staples are about to get cheaper to find.
The two decks split cleanly. The Luffy Deck carries OP05-106 Shura, OP05-113 Yama, OP05-117 Upper Yard, OP12-103 Seto, and a run of OP15 reprints: OP15-098 Monkey.D.Luffy, OP15-102 Gan.Fall, OP15-103 Genbo, OP15-107 Tony Tony.Chopper, OP15-108 Nami, [[card:025f8b24-2a77-408f-aec1-f4de4c1ad2bc]] (Nico Robin), [[card:f64532d8-6612-428b-8c9c-eedcd54cdcf0]] (Roronoa Zoro), and OP15-114 Wyper. The Ace Deck carries OP12-002 Edward.Newgate, OP16-002 Izo, [[card:17854dcc-63d0-4cde-a9ea-148d85120234]] (a fresh OP16-003 Newgate print), OP16-005 Thatch, [[card:319c18de-c0ac-4b56-986f-cfad6e049a01]] (Marco), OP16-015 Luffy, OP16-016 Ramba, OP16-021 Moby Dick, and ST15-003 Kingdew, plus [[card:d9572340-532f-4c14-a34f-21196bf97f83]] (Portgas.D.Ace).
Here is the part that matters for anyone pricing singles right now: every one of those is the base print, and our board already shows what that print costs today. Base Nico Robin OP15-109 sits at A$0.40, base Roronoa Zoro OP15-113 at A$6.62, base Edward.Newgate OP16-003 at A$3.15, base Marco OP16-014 at A$0.24, base Portgas.D.Ace OP16-001 at A$0.21, and the older OP12-002 Newgate print at A$0.14. None of that is a shock once you know the reprint is coming. A starter-deck insert is not scarce, and the market has already been pricing these as commodity singles rather than chase pulls.
What is not in either deck is the collector-facing version of the same five names. Zoro's OP15-113 alt art is still sitting at A$37.64, Newgate's OP16-003 alt art at A$39.61, Marco's OP16-014 alt art at A$13.77, Ace's OP16-001 alt art at A$68.92, and Robin's OP15-109 alt art at A$20.73. That is the actual story here. SD01 restocks the playable base copy of five names people already run, it does not touch the art-premium print anyone is collecting, and entry-level decks in this line have generally worked the same way before, cheapening the floor of a card without moving its ceiling.
The bundle itself, the Set Sail Deck Set carrying both decks, is priced at A$106.25 on our board and is currently flagged ACCUMULATE, consistent with how prior entry-level releases have traded through their own launch window even while the individual staples inside them softened.
Practically, anyone holding out for a base copy of Newgate, Marco, Ace, Zoro, or Robin now has a firm date and a live price anchor arriving in five days. The data simply says the cheapest legitimate source for those five bases shows up on September 18, and the alt art side of each name shows no signal of being affected either way.
What we're watching
SD01 street date lands September 18, the same day as the NA Finals in Dallas, which introduces its own wave of prize promos into the market. Two Treasure Cups run this weekend, in Hampton, VA and Athens, and should sharpen demand for whichever OP17 staples come out on top before that bigger date arrives. We will be watching whether the SD01 reprints actually move the five base prices listed above, or whether the market has already priced them in a week early.
