A Regional-Winner Rebecca Just Jumped 321% in a Week, and the System Still Says Buy
One ultra-rare tournament prize card headlines a day full of accumulate signals, while Trafalgar Law's Pirate Foil keeps sliding on sell watch.
Some mornings the ledger has one card doing all the talking, and today that card is a tournament prize most collectors will never hold.
Rebecca, the October Championship 2024 Online Regional prize card (OP05-091), is up 321.1% over the past week and now sits at A$11,429.60. That kind of move would normally trip the overheating check we use to avoid chasing near vertical spikes. But Rebecca still carries an ACCUMULATE stamp today, the same call the system had on it yesterday, because this is a signal that was already earned before the spike ran, and the system is not walking it back just because the chart got steep.
It is not alone at the extreme end. The serial numbered Portgas.D.Ace (OP07-119) is up 210.9% this week to A$14,215.57, another ACCUMULATE holdout in a price bracket most of us just window shop.
Today's top moves
Charlotte Pudding (PRB02-010) is up 49.7% over seven days and 133.9% over thirty, now A$25.23, and still only rated HOLD, a reminder that a strong month does not automatically earn a buy call.
The OP16RE reprint of Monkey.D.Luffy (OP16-052) climbed 44.8% this week and 32.5% over the month to A$21.52, one of the few cards today riding both windows in the same direction with an ACCUMULATE tag attached.
The Pre-Release Tournament Winner Luffy (P-036) added 43.9% this week to reach A$651.69, staying on ACCUMULATE as collectors keep bidding up serial tournament stock.
Smoker's alt art (OP10-030) is up 39.8% this week and 55.3% over the month to A$38.22, yet still sits at HOLD, exactly the kind of gain our backtesting says needs room below a prior peak before it earns a green light.
Meanwhile Trafalgar Law's Pirate Foil (P-088) is down 34.8% this week to A$6.36 and sitting on SELL WATCH, the kind of stamp our data says has historically kept falling a further 10.7% median over the next month.
Big number, big name, same discipline as always.
