The Creator Kit

Everything you need to cover the Ledger.

This page is for creators. Talking points that are actually accurate, numbers you're welcome to quote on stream, and the handful of claims we'd rather you never make. Quote it, screenshot it, read it verbatim — it's all yours. Questions: matt@grandlineledger.com (a real person answers).

The one-liner

What is Grand Line Ledger?

Grand Line Ledger is market intelligence for One Piece cards. Every card gets a daily buy, hold, or sell verdict from rules tested against two and a half years of real prices — and every call is graded in public where they can't hide their misses.

The longer version: 7,515+ cards, boxes, and tins tracked daily. Four stamps — ACCUMULATE, HOLD, SELL WATCH, REBOUND WATCH. The rules behind them are private; the results are not. Built in Australia by one collector, shipping improvements almost daily.

The numbers

Stats you're welcome to quote

Every figure below is published on the site and generated straight from the database — you can verify each one on stream.

  • Nearly 180,000 individual tests across 2.5 years of recorded prices, on close to 3,000 different cards and boxes, each graded on what the price did next.
  • On The Proof: Shanks OP01-120 — 23 buy flags replayed over two years, 74% higher at 8 weeks, and the misses marked on the chart. Gear 5 Luffy — 27 flags, 85% won, +39% average.
  • Every live call is logged the day it fires and graded automatically at 4 and 8 weeks on the public Ledger.

Show on screen: grandlineledger.com/proof — hover the flags on the Shanks chart, including a hollow red miss. That's the most convincing ten seconds you can put on screen.

The tour

A segment structure that works (5–8 minutes)

  1. Open on a card your audience cares about. Search it, show the price, the stamp, and THE LEDGER SAYS box with its odds. Say what the stamp means in your own words.

Show on screen: any chase card page.

  2. Point at the triangle on the chart. Every call is drawn on the price chart the day it fired — solid triangle, dashed line at the frozen flag price, and a faint dashed curve showing the pace the average historical winner climbed at. Closed calls stay behind as faded triangles, so even a HOLD card shows the runs the playbook caught. Hover one and read it out: flag date, flag price, how it ended. "They can't quietly move the goalposts — the entry price is printed on the chart."

Show on screen: any card page chart — hover the triangles, live and faded.

  3. Ask the obvious question out loud: "why should I trust this?" Then open the Ledger and scroll the graded calls — point at a loss. Nobody else shows losses.

    Show on screen: /ledger

  4. Show The Proof. Shanks chart, hover the flags, read the tally. "Their recipe is private but they replayed it over two years of history in public."

    Show on screen: /proof

  5. Make it personal. Add three cards you own to a collection and show the Ledger Lens verdicts on them. If you use Collectr, import your whole portfolio on camera — it takes one CSV.

Show on screen: Collection hub → Import from Collectr.

  6. Close on the deep data. One card's Graded Lens: PSA, BGS, CGC values with populations, real eBay solds you can click, Japanese dealer prices. "This is on every card."

Feature cheat sheet

What's inside, in one breath each

  • Daily verdicts — four stamps on every product, refreshed every morning.
  • Calls on the chart — every flag drawn where it fired, entry price frozen, past calls left as faded receipts, and an average-pace line to measure the run against.
  • The Ledger — the public, ungradeable-by-us track record.
  • The Proof — the playbook replayed over history on famous cards, misses included.
  • The Navigator — a written plain-English read on every card: the stamp, the chart, the move.
  • Strategy fit — Flip / Hold / Grade scores: what game each card is good at.
  • Graded Lens — PSA, BGS, CGC values and populations on one row, with real sale receipts.
  • Three markets — US prices and solds, European near-mint, live Japanese dealer quotes with buyback.
  • Collection + Ledger Lens — your binder valued daily, with verdicts on what you hold; Collectr import in one file.
  • Scarcity Score — how much supply is really out there, since Bandai won't say.
  • Radar, watchlists, Sunday newsletter — where to look today, and alerts when your cards' stamps flip.

Keep us honest

Things we ask you NOT to say

  • Don't call it financial advice or "guaranteed profits." It's observations with a public track record. Past results never guarantee the future — the site says so everywhere, and we'd love you to say it too.
  • Don't say "always right." The win rates are published precisely because they're not 100%. The honest pitch — "right about 3 times in 4, and they show you the misses" — lands harder anyway.
  • Don't present backtest numbers as live results. The Proof is history replayed; the Ledger is the live record. Both are real, and they're labeled differently on purpose.
