Round 1 Promo cards had one job this week: hold value as a hyped, limited exclusive. Instead, almost every card carrying that stamp got cut roughly in half. Sanji, Roronoa Zoro, Nico Robin, Jinbe and Nami, all wearing that same Round 1 Promo tag, dropped between 49% and 58% in the same stretch. The whole line is sitting on SELL WATCH right now, and that stamp isn't just decoration: our backtesting shows SELL WATCH cards have historically kept sliding, a further 10.7% median over the next month. Two very different stories today: one promo line unwinding together, and a handful of ACCUMULATE cards proving the system still prefers a climb with room over a spike without it.

What we're watching

Round 1 Promo is the cluster to keep an eye on first. SELL WATCH cards have historically shed another 10.7% over the following month, so we want to see this line stop falling together before anyone calls a floor. On the buy side, Trafalgar Law and the Championship-run Zoro both still show room below their prior peaks, worth tracking if that ACCUMULATE tag holds through the week. And with OP17: The World's Strongest Warriors landing August 28 as the set's first fully global simultaneous launch, expect collector attention, and some profit-taking, to keep rotating out of older promo-era singles and into the new set.
