The Accumulate List Shrinks While One Promo Keeps Climbing
The board trimmed its Accumulate list overnight even as Ulti (Event Pack Vol. 6) jumped another 327% on the week. A steep chart and a green light are two different things.
If you only looked at one card today, it would be this one. Ulti from Event Pack Vol. 6 (P-077) is up 327% over the past seven days and trades at A$16.23. It is also up 293% across 30 days, so this is a sustained vertical run rather than a single odd print. It is the sort of chart collectors screenshot and send to group chats.
And yet the stamp next to it reads HOLD, not ACCUMULATE. The Ledger deliberately avoids stamping a card that has moved this far this fast, because a spike needs time to digest before anyone can say where the new level sits. That is not a comment on the card. It is a comment on how little the data can tell us about a price that has more than quadrupled in a week. Ulti does have 247 recorded sales in the last 30 days, so the market is real and liquid (tier A), but a busy market and a settled price are different things.
Zoom out and the whole board leaned a little more careful overnight. The Accumulate list fell from 527 names yesterday to 485 today. Sell Watch rose from 709 to 719, and the Hold pile grew from 6,091 to 6,134. REBOUND_WATCH dropped from 39 to 29, while BUY_SETUP edged up from 15 to 17. Nothing dramatic, but it is a quiet rebalancing worth noting.
Today's top moves
Ulti is the standout at +327% for the week, held at HOLD because of the pace of the climb rather than any lack of demand.
Buggy from Event Pack Vol. 8 (P-098) is up 52.6% to A$16.12 and 69.5% over 30 days. It is moving in the same neighbourhood as Ulti, though at a far gentler angle, and it also sits at HOLD with 722 sales in 30 days.
Lucky.Roux (PRB02-003) climbed 52.4% to A$28.69. Over 30 days it is up 235%, the longest run of the group, backed by 1,535 recorded sales.
The EB02-061 Monkey.D.Luffy gained 40.2% to A$35.53, with 449 sales in 30 days and a 30-day gain of about 90%.
Tony Tony.Chopper's SP print (OP08-001) added 33.2% and now sits at A$9,734, and it keeps its ACCUMULATE stamp. One honest caveat: that card has recorded only 3 sales in the past 30 days, so a big percentage move on a price this high rests on very few transactions. Liquidity tier B tells you the same story.
A note on reading the board
Notice the pattern: four of the five movers carry HOLD, and the one ACCUMULATE sits in the thinnest market of the lot. The highest-percentage movers are not the cards the Ledger is most willing to endorse. The data shows what happened, and the stamp reflects how much confidence that history gives us about what comes next.
What we're watching
No fresh catalysts landed today, so this one is purely about reading the board. Ahead, EB-05 releases on October 30, and OP-18 pre-release week begins November 13, with the street date on November 20. In previous launches, pre-release week is when older singles and promos tend to feel the pressure. We will be watching whether Ulti and Buggy hold their new levels as the calendar fills up, and whether the Accumulate list keeps trimming. Collectors riding the promo wave have had a great week. Just remember that a steep chart and a green light are not the same thing.
